Private properties sit on the other side of the beach. It's a stretch of beach with lots of shells and some amazing rock formations in the water. To get there you have to get in the water, walk to the wall, climb up the wall, walk a bit further, walk down some steps and you are there. Point of Rocks is at the southern end of Crescent Beach, next to the 'wall'. We found the snorkeling right there at Turtle beach to be as good or better! Just wanted to set it straight for those that want to go, because we made the the mistake of reading the reviews that are complete fabrications! And honestly that's still a lot of trouble. Wait a few minutes and take the free shuttle to public access point #13. Plenty of free public parking with fresh water showers. After you cross the bridge turn south on midnight pass.
